Ligami Earrings – Easy & Friendly Refund Policy
We want you to love your new earrings. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✨ Can I return my earrings?
Because earrings are worn close to the skin, they can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed packaging.
Once the hygiene seal is broken, we can’t accept a return.
✨ What if my earrings arrive damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives:
• damaged
• faulty
• or not what you ordered
We’ll sort it out quickly. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• a couple of clear photos
We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
✨ Change of mind?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for earrings if you simply change your mind.
✨ How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and received back with us, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
✨ Custom or personalised earrings
These are made especially for you, so they’re non‑refundable unless they arrive faulty.
✨ Lost parcels
If the courier marks your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the courier directly. We’ll always help where we can.
